This program is one of the main and frequently conducted programs by the Smart learning System. This will be conducted in a small scale in schools around the island in the respective school premises and normally will be conducted for a period of 3 – 4 Hours. We expect to do this for participants ranging from age 16+ and for junior levels at times. Our main aim would be to propose guidelines for the students to adhere, so that they can be successful in their school and post-school lives. After this program, Students are to realize their true potential that is hidden within themselves.​
This program will include discussions on the following major areas;​
• Motivational training /Creating a mentor.​
• Leadership training/Creating great leaders by using NLP.

• Time management.​
• Stress Management .
